Our system has automatic volume discounts: The more garments you order, the lower the printing or embroidery cost per logo!

The cost is calculated for each location you add to your garment (chest, back, sleeve, etc.). Our pricing scale per logo is as follows:

• If you order 1 garment: $12.50 per logo.
• From 2 to 72 garments: $8.10 per logo.
• From 73 to 200 garments: $7.00 per logo.
• For more than 200 garments: Only $5.90 per logo!

No problem at all. Within the same portal where you review your design, you will find a "Request Changes" button. You can leave us your comments and our design team will adjust the proof and send you a new version for your review.

To ensure the highest quality embroidery, we recommend uploading your logo in PNG format (with transparent background), high-resolution JPG or vector files (SVG). If your image does not have sufficient quality, our team will contact you before generating your digital proof.

Your peace of mind is our priority! Once you complete your order, our team will review your files. Shortly after, you will receive an email with a "Digital Proof".

You will be able to access a private portal to see exactly how your garment will look and give us your final approval. We will not embroider or manufacture anything until you are 100% satisfied and approve the design.

As a general rule, our estimated production time is 10 business days.

It is very important to keep in mind two factors:

• This time starts counting from the moment you approve your Digital Proof, not from when you make the payment.
• This is an estimated timeframe to maintain the highest quality. Depending on the season and the volume of your order (e.g. orders of hundreds of units), times may vary slightly.

Due to the nature of custom products (made to order with your logos), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for errors in size selection or changes of mind. However, if your garment has a manufacturing defect or the embroidery does not match the Digital Proof you approved, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving it and we will fix it immediately.
